SBI SO Recruitment 2025:
The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially launched its 2025 recruitment drive for Specialist Officer (SO) roles. The application window is now open and will close on December 23, 2025. Vacancies & Eligible Posts
SBI is seeking to fill a total of 996 regular vacancies across three specialist posts:
1.VP Wealth (SRM) – 506 positions
2.AVP Wealth (RM) – 206 positions
2.Customer Relationship Executive – 284 positions
These posts cover various categories — SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and UR. Additionally, horizontal vacancies are available for PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) across categories such as Visual Impairment (VI), Hearing Impairment (HI), Locomotor Disability (LD), and D&E.
Age criteria (as on 01/05/2025) vary by post:
VP Wealth (SRM): 26–42 years
AVP Wealth (RM): 23–35 years
Customer Relationship Executive: 20–35 years
Compensation & Contract Details
SBI offers competitive remuneration for SO roles:
VP Wealth (SRM): Up to ₹ 44.70 LPA (approx.), with Performance-Linked Pay (PLP) and annual increments. The contract spans 5 years, renewable for another 4 years subject to bank’s discretion.
AVP Wealth (RM): Up to ₹ 30.20 LPA (approx.), eligible for PLP. The contract duration is as specified by SBI.
Customer Relationship Executive: CTC up to ₹ 6.20 LPA (approx.). Contract period and PLP terms will follow SBI’s standard policy.

Failure to upload any mandatory document may lead to disqualification during shortlisting or interviews.
Applicants are also required to choose three different Circles (for the three posts) while applying. Repetition of Circle selection is not allowed; any mistake may result in confinement of SBI’s final discretion. No requests for change of Circle preference will be entertained later.

Merit & Selection Criteria
In cases where multiple candidates secure the same score at the cut-off level, age (in descending order) will be used as a tie-breaker for merit ranking.
