Modern Design Meets Cultural Heritage
Named after former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the bridge showcases vibrant architectural design inspired by kite motifs and local art traditions. Offering panoramic views of the Sabarmati Riverfront, it has become one of the most Instagrammed attractions in Gujarat, particularly during Diwali, Navratri, and summer holidays.
Officials noted that Atal Bridge’s lighting and open design not only enhance public accessibility but also promote night-time tourism in Ahmedabad.
