The company’s total income rose by 3 per cent to ₹1,02,943 crore during the fiscal year, while EBITDA remained stable at ₹16,464 crore. AEL has increasingly transitioned into a core infrastructure-driven model, with nearly 80 per cent of its EBITDA now coming from mature, long-term, and contracted businesses. This shift has significantly improved earnings visibility and financial stability.

Infrastructure-Led Growth Strategy

Chairman Gautam Adani stated that the company has delivered another year of stable performance and consistent growth across its infrastructure and incubation platforms. He highlighted that the majority of EBITDA is now generated from core infrastructure businesses and mining services, signalling the maturity of AEL’s operational portfolio.

FY26 also marked significant progress in key infrastructure projects, including the development of the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Guwahati Airport, and the Ganga Expressway. These projects are expected to play a crucial role in driving long-term growth and enhancing India’s infrastructure capacity.

Expansion Across New-Age Businesses

The company’s incubation businesses have crossed key milestones, moving beyond capital-intensive phases into stable, revenue-generating operations. This transition positions AEL for sustained cash flow generation and future value creation.

In the renewable energy sector, Adani Wind, under Adani New Industries Ltd (ANIL), earned global recognition by featuring in BloombergNEF’s Top 15 wind turbine manufacturers list. Additionally, domestic solar module sales surged by 95 per cent year-on-year to 1,459 MW during the quarter.
