The Tool Room & Training Centre -TRTC Guwahati, an autonomous body under the Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, has announced vacancies for five contractual positions on an 11-month basis. The recruitment will be done through walk-in interviews scheduled from 8th to 12th September 2025.
Vacant Posts & Interview Schedule
- Procurement Consultant – 1 Post
- Interview Date: 8th Sept 2025 (9:30 AM)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.Com; MBA/PG/Diploma in Procurement preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years in procurement/tendering/bid evaluation (Govt/PSU/MSME/Corporate).
- Age Limit: 60 years.
- Procurement Assistant – 1 Post
- Interview Date: 9th Sept 2025
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.Com / BBA; MBA/PG Diploma in Procurement desirable.
- Experience: 2–3 years in procurement support, tendering, GeM, bid processing.
- Age Limit: 35 years.
- Administrative Assistant – 1 Post
- Interview Date: 10th Sept 2025
- Qualification: B.Tech / Bachelor’s degree in any stream; PG in Business/Public Administration preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years in Govt/PSU/MSME/Corporate sectors (coordination, office management, e-governance).
- Age Limit: 35 years.
- Placement Coordinator – 1 Post
- Interview Date: 11th Sept 2025
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Management desirable.
- Experience: 2–3 years in placement coordination, HR, career counselling, industry linkages.
- Age Limit: 35 years.
- Store Assistant – 1 Post
- Interview Date: 12th Sept 2025
- Qualification: B.Com; Diploma in Material Management/Tally desirable.
- Experience: 2–3 years in store/inventory management, record keeping, vendor interactions.
- Age Limit: 35 years.

- Reporting Time: 09:30 AM on respective interview dates.
- Documents Required: Original certificates, one set of photocopies, age & ID proof, and passport-size photo.
- Note: No TA/DA will be provided.
