1. India’s First Semiconductor Chip by Year-End
Recalling past failures in semiconductor manufacturing, PM Modi announced that India’s first Made-in-India chip will be rolled out by the end of 2025, marking a historic step in the nation’s technological self-reliance.
2. Nuclear Power Capacity to Increase Tenfold
Work is underway on 10 new nuclear reactors to expand nuclear power generation more than tenfold by 2047, ensuring cleaner and more reliable energy.
3. GST Reforms as a ‘Diwali Gift’
Next-generation GST reforms will be announced during Diwali, aimed at reducing taxes on essential goods and providing relief to MSMEs, local vendors, and consumers.
4. Reform Task Force for a $10 Trillion Economy
A Reform Task Force will be established to accelerate economic growth, modernise governance, and prepare Bharat for a $10 trillion economy.
5. ₹1 Lakh Crore PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana
A landmark employment scheme to benefit 3 crore youth, offering ₹15,000 per month to newly employed individuals, strengthening the path from Swatantra Bharat to Samriddha Bharat.

6. High-Powered Demography Mission
To address demographic imbalances caused by infiltration and illegal migration, a High-Powered Demography Mission will be launched, safeguarding national unity and citizens’ rights.
7. National Deepwater Exploration Mission
India will explore its ocean resources through a National Deepwater Exploration Mission, while expanding solar, hydrogen, hydro, and nuclear energy for energy independence.
8. Made-in-India Jet Engines
Calling it a national challenge, PM Modi urged scientists and youth to develop indigenous jet engines, just as India innovated with COVID-19 vaccines and UPI payments.
