During a high-level meeting with Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, top officials of Patanjali Yogpeeth discussed key aspects of the proposed projects. These initiatives aim to promote traditional yoga practices, provide employment-oriented training, and preserve regional biodiversity through eco-sustainable development.

“Tripura’s serene environment and cultural richness make it ideal for wellness and natural healing. Patanjali is committed to transforming it into a hub of health, self-reliance, and nature conservation,” said a senior Patanjali representative.

The Skill Development Centre will offer courses aligned with modern job market demands, while the Biodiversity Park will feature native flora, medicinal plants, and promote environmental awareness.

This initiative reflects Patanjali’s broader mission to foster Ayurveda, Yoga, and rural upliftment, and complements Tripura’s development goals under the ‘Ek Tripura, Shrestha Tripura’ vision.
