Global Literary Platform for Emerging Voices
According to the Emirates Literature Foundation, the festival aims to “build a strong literary culture in the UAE and the region by supporting readers, writers, publishers, students, teachers, and librarians through diverse initiatives.” Now entering its 18th edition, ELF continues to promote reading, cultural exchange, and dialogue across generations while positioning the UAE as a global literary hub.
The 2026 edition of the festival has been announced by major platforms including the Dubai Government Media Office, Gulf News, Arabian Business, and the Foundation’s official website.
