Agartala, July 29, 2025: The Tripura State Co-operative Bank Ltd. (TSCB) has issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) for leasing commercial premises in two key areas of Agartala as part of its ongoing branch expansion and modernization efforts.
According to the official notification, the bank intends to relocate two of its branches and is inviting property owners, co-operative societies, and Power of Attorney holders with clear title and commercial-use permission to submit lease proposals.

The bank is specifically looking for properties in:
- Math Chowmohani to MBB College Area
- Required Carpet Area: Approximately 750 sq. ft.
- Maheskhala Bazar Area
- Required Carpet Area: Approximately 1000 sq. ft.
The properties should be legally compliant and ideally situated to serve the bank’s customer base efficiently.
