Railway officials emphasized that RailOne is a major step toward Digital India, built to offer end-to-end journey management to over 2 crore daily passengers.
“With RailOne, passengers will no longer need multiple apps or portals. From planning to post-journey services, everything is now integrated in one place,” said a senior Railway Board member.
