Tata Motors, India’s leading automotive manufacturer, has announced the Tata Motors GST Price Cut 2025, confirming that it will pass on the entire GST reduction benefit to customers. The revised prices will come into effect from September 22, 2025, when the new GST rates on cars and SUVs are implemented nationwide.

Making the announcement, Shailesh Chandra, Managing Director, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. & Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., said the Tata Motors GST Price Cut 2025 will make personal mobility more accessible across India.
“The reduction in GST on passenger vehicles, effective 22nd September 2025, is a progressive and timely decision that will make personal mobility more accessible for millions. In line with the Prime Minister’s vision and the Finance Minister’s intent, Tata Motors will fully honor the spirit of this reform by passing on the entire benefit to our customers,” Chandra said.
He added that this move reflects Tata’s Customer First philosophy, while making cars and SUVs more affordable across segments.
Price Reductions Across Tata Cars and SUVs
Under the Tata Motors GST Price Cut 2025, customers can expect significant savings on popular models:

The Nexon tops the list with a price cut of up to ₹1.55 lakh, while SUVs like the Safari and Harrier see reductions of up to ₹1.45 lakh and ₹1.40 lakh respectively.

With the festive season around the corner, industry experts expect a strong surge in bookings. Tata Motors has advised customers to book early to ensure delivery during this high-demand period.
The company also noted that exact savings may vary by variant, and buyers should confirm revised pricing at authorized Tata Motors dealerships across India.
