The app aims to streamline the travel experience by bringing multiple services—previously scattered across different platforms—under a single, user-friendly interface.

  • 🧽 Cleanliness Feedback & Grievance Redressal
  • 🚉 Station Services like waiting rooms, retiring rooms, wheelchairs, and more

💬 What the Ministry Said:

Railway officials emphasized that RailOne is a major step toward Digital India, built to offer end-to-end journey management to over 2 crore daily passengers.

“With RailOne, passengers will no longer need multiple apps or portals. From planning to post-journey services, everything is now integrated in one place,” said a senior Railway Board member.
