Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali has announced his next romantic venture, ‘Heer Ranjha’, in collaboration with television and film producer Ektaa Kapoor. The Valentine’s Day announcement has already sparked excitement among fans of timeless love stories, especially after the cult resurgence of their previous collaboration, Laila Majnu.
The upcoming film promises to reinterpret the legendary romance of Heer and Ranjha for a contemporary audience, blending classic emotional depth with the sensibilities of today’s generation.

The film will be directed by Sajid Ali and presented by Imtiaz Ali. It is being produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa Kapoor, and Preety Ali under the banner of Pi Films Pvt Ltd.
