Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi Visits Jagannath Temple:
Chief of Army Staff Upendra Dwivedi visited the sacred Shree Jagannath Temple in Puri on Saturday along with his family, where he offered prayers and sought divine blessings for the Indian Army and the nation.
During his visit, the Army Chief performed rituals and had darshan of Lord Jagannath, one of the most revered deities in Hinduism.

Speaking to reporters after the visit, General Dwivedi said his primary purpose was to seek divine blessings for the strength and well-being of the armed forces.
“I visited Puri to receive the blessings of Lord Jagannath. My main purpose was to pray for the Indian Army so that his grace remains with the armed forces and their families,” he said.
He expressed confidence that with divine blessings, the Indian Army will continue to grow stronger and serve the nation with excellence.

The Army Chief also shared his deep sense of peace and spiritual fulfillment after visiting the temple.
He praised the devotion and reverence associated with the temple and expressed gratitude towards the holy city of Puri.
