A 13-year-old football fan lost his life in the town of Ciudad Rodrigo after being struck by a falling section of a fountain during local celebrations.
Authorities also reported that three people were arrested, while nearly 30 others required medical treatment following isolated incidents of violence during celebrations in Barcelona.
